⏱ Class Duration: 90 Minutes
The class that belongs at the start of any serious shooter's journey. Our Basics class is a structured, hands-on introduction to safely and accurately operating a semi-automatic handgun. No prior experience required. No bad habits welcome.
What you'll learn:
- The Four Rules of Firearm Safety — inside and out
- Handgun anatomy and vocabulary (muzzle, slide, frame, mag well, sights)
- Stance, grip, sight picture, and trigger press from the ground up
- Safe loading, unloading, chamber checks, and basic malfunction clearing
- A 50-round progressive course of fire from 3 to 7 yards
What's included: All firearms, ammunition, eye and ear protection, and coaching. Just bring close-toed shoes and a willingness to learn.
Duration: Approximately 2 hours on the range.
