Welcome to Arm Your Friends. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the armyourfriends.com website, our online store, our memberships, our in-person training classes, range days, run club, and all other goods and services offered by Arm Your Friends LLC ("AYF," "we," "us," "our"). By using the site, purchasing from us, or attending a class, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted under federal, state, and local law to possess a firearm to purchase or attend any AYF training class, range day, or membership.

1.2 You must present valid government-issued photo identification on the day of any in-person class or range day. AYF reserves the right to refuse entry without refund to anyone who cannot or will not produce ID.

1.3 By registering for a class, you represent and warrant that you have no legal disability that prevents you from lawfully possessing or handling a firearm, and that you have not been convicted of any disqualifying offense under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or Texas state law.

2. Assumption of Risk and Waiver

2.1 Firearms training involves inherent and significant risks, including the risk of serious bodily injury, permanent disability, and death, to yourself and to others. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks.

2.2 In addition to these Terms, you agree to sign a separate Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk waiver on the day of your first class. No participant will be permitted to participate without a signed waiver. A class fee is forfeited in full if you decline to sign the waiver on the day of the class.

2.3 You agree to comply at all times with the four universal firearm safety rules, all range commands from AYF instructors and range safety officers, and all rules of the range facility hosting the event. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal without refund.

3. Conduct

3.1 AYF maintains a zero-tolerance policy for threatening, harassing, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory conduct toward students, instructors, staff, or facility personnel. Any participant who engages in such conduct will be removed immediately, banned from future AYF events, and forfeits any fees paid.

3.2 AYF maintains a zero-tolerance policy for being under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or any controlled substance at any AYF event. Participants will be tested at AYF's sole discretion and removed without refund if impaired.

3.3 AYF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service or remove any participant from any event, with or without cause and with or without refund, for any reason consistent with applicable law.

4. Not Legal Advice

Content on our site, including blog posts, guides, and class materials, is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice. Firearms law varies by jurisdiction and changes over time. Consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before relying on anything we publish.

5. Photography and Imagery Release

5.1 By attending an AYF class, range day, run club event, photoshoot, or any other in-person event, you grant AYF a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish any photographs, video, or audio recordings in which you appear, for any AYF marketing, editorial, educational, social media, or commercial purpose, including on third-party platforms.

5.2 If you do not wish to appear in AYF imagery, you must notify the instructor in writing before the event begins and clearly identify yourself to the photographer on arrival. AYF will use reasonable efforts to exclude you from imagery used externally, but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental background imagery.

5.3 This release is consideration for your participation and cannot be revoked once an image has been published.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on armyourfriends.com — including text, graphics, designs, logos, photographs, video, course materials, and product images — is the property of AYF or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Trademarks including but not limited to ARM YOUR FRIENDS, MAKE RACISTS AFRAID AGAIN, MAKE PEDOS AFRAID AGAIN, THE COLLECTIVE, THE SOCIAL CLUB, TROUBLEMAKERS RUN CLUB, WE PROTECT OUR OWN, BITE BACK FIGHT BACK, KHAKI KLAN, SAD BOYS, and WWSB, and the AYF logo, are trademarks of Arm Your Friends LLC.

6.3 You may not (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of any AYF content; (b) reproduce AYF designs or trademarks on any goods for resale; (c) frame, scrape, or republish AYF content for commercial purposes; or (d) remove copyright or trademark notices from any AYF materials. Personal, non-commercial sharing of social media posts in their original form is permitted.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@armyourfriends.com of any unauthorized use.

8. Site Content; No Warranty

8.1 The site and all goods, services, and content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.

8.2 AYF does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, AYF's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms, your use of the site, or your participation in any AYF event shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid AYF in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

9.2 AYF is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.

9.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. To the extent any such exclusion is unenforceable, AYF's liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AYF, its members, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, (c) your conduct at any AYF event, or (d) any content you submit to the site.

11. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of AYF goods or services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Harris County, Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court in Harris County, Texas, for any claim within that court's jurisdictional limits.

11.3 Notwithstanding the foregoing, AYF may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

12. Changes to the Terms

AYF may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice on the site at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the site or AYF services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, the Subscription & Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any waiver you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and AYF.
