Production and Shipping Time

Most of our apparel and soft goods are made to order by our print partners in Texas. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the date you place your order for production and shipping. Many orders ship sooner, but because every item is made after you order, we plan on a 30 day window and ask you to order with that timeline in mind.

By placing an order you accept this made to order timeline.

If Your Order Has Not Shipped in 30 Days

If your order has not shipped within thirty (30) days of the order date, you may cancel it for a full refund of the unshipped items. Email contact@armyourfriends.com from the email on your order with your order number. See Section 6 of our Refund Policy.

Leather Goods and Specialty Items

Leather goods are made to order and their timelines are listed on the individual product pages. Where a product page lists a longer timeline, that timeline applies to that item, and the cancellation right above applies once that timeline has passed.

Tracking and Delivery

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, because we cannot reroute a package after it ships.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date shown so we can help investigate with the carrier.
