Training Policies
TRAINING POLICY
By enrolling in any training course offered by ARM YOUR FRIENDS, you agree to the following terms:
No Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Course sign-ups cannot be canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time. Some classes require supplies or range preparation, and last-minute cancellations create logistical and financial strain. You may reschedule your session once to a new date within 7 days of the original class.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a class without prior written notice via email (a no-show), your registration will be forfeited with no refund or reschedule. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.
Cancellations With Notice: You may request a full refund or reschedule if written notice is provided more than 72 hours in advance of your scheduled class. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any class at our discretion due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, range availability, or safety concerns. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
