INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES POLICY

All customs or import duties are assessed when a shipment arrives in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. ARM YOUR FRIENDS is not responsible for these fees and does not reimburse or cover such costs. We cannot predict what these charges may be, as customs policies vary from country to country.

EXCESSIVE / FLAGGED SHIPPING + RETURNS

ARM YOUR FRIENDS actively monitors orders and returns for signs of abuse or excessive activity. Customers who repeatedly return items or otherwise abuse our shipping and return policies may be flagged for review. We reserve the right to revoke standard return privileges and to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

WARRANT CANARY

As of July 1, 2025, ARM YOUR FRIENDS has not received any:

• National security letters
• Secret subpoenas
• Warrants under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)
• Gag orders that prevent us from disclosing the existence of government data requests
