HALLOWEEN RANGE DAY (2025)

Join Arm Your Friends for a Halloween-themed Range Day focused on building community through safe, responsible firearms training. Participants will review the Four Rules of Firearm Safety, practice pistol fundamentals, and practice shooting under instructor supervision.

Costumes are encouraged but must be mask-free and range-safe — nothing that interferes with your ability to see clearly, hear commands, or maintain a proper firearm grip. Think practical, creative, and safe.

This event is open to all skill levels and emphasizes both technical fundamentals and community empowerment. Bring your own firearm if you have one, or we’ll provide loaners for participants.

This is a beginner-friendly event, but all attendees must be able to recite the Four Rules of Firearm Safety before class:

1. Treat every firearm as if it is loaded.

2. Always keep your firearm pointed in a safe direction (Never point a firearm at anything you are not willing to destroy.)

3. Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on target and you have made the decision to shoot.

4. Be sure of your target and what is beyond it.

If this is your first time handling a firearm, we strongly advise reading the “Basics of Pistol Shooting + Safety Fundamentals” course description before attending.
