Group Training Policy

GROUP TRAINING POLICY

This Group Training Policy applies to all group training bookings purchased through ARM YOUR FRIENDS ("AYF," "we," "us"). By purchasing a group training booking, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking and Confirmation

1.1 Group training bookings require a minimum of ten (10) students and a maximum of twenty (20) students per session, unless AYF agrees in writing to a different headcount in advance.

1.2 A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received in full for the headcount stated at checkout. AYF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel any booking prior to confirmation.

1.3 The organizer of the group booking is responsible for providing an accurate roster of all attending students, including names and any required waiver information, at least seventy two (72) hours before the scheduled class.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Group pricing is based on the headcount stated at the time of booking. AYF does not offer retroactive discounts, price adjustments, or refunds tied to pricing changes made after a booking is confirmed.

2.2 Full payment is due at the time of booking unless AYF agrees to a different payment schedule in writing. AYF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any unpaid or partially paid booking.

3. Instructors, Equipment, and Venue

3.1 AYF selects the instructors, safety officers, range location, and equipment used for each group training session, and reserves the right to substitute any of these at its sole discretion, including on short notice, due to availability, safety, or operational needs.

3.2 AYF supplies range time and standard equipment for the session as described in the product listing. Any additional equipment, ammunition, or supplies beyond what is described in the listing are the responsibility of the organizer and attendees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Waivers and Eligibility

4.1 Every attendee must sign AYF's liability waiver before participating in any group training session. AYF may refuse participation to any attendee who has not signed the required waiver, with no refund for that attendee's seat.

4.2 AYF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any attendee from a session for safety violations, intoxication, or failure to follow instructor direction, with no refund for that attendee's seat.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellations, headcount reductions, no shows, and refunds for group training bookings are governed exclusively by our Group Training Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into this Group Training Policy by reference.

5.2 All other purchases from AYF, including apparel, accessories, and individual training classes, remain governed by our general Cancellation Policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

AYF reserves the right to update this Group Training Policy at any time, at its sole discretion. The version in effect at the time of your booking governs that booking.
