Women's Self Defense Classes in Houston
Self defense that goes past the keychain
Pepper spray expires. A seminar you sat through once fades. Real self defense is a skill you build and keep, and for a lot of Houston women that means learning to handle a firearm safely, confidently, and on their own terms.
Where you learn it
Arm Your Friends teaches women led firearm classes in Houston. Andrea, our Latina lead instructor for women's classes, starts every student from zero. No experience expected. The class fee of $125 to $145 covers the gun, the ammo, and all safety gear.
Safety in numbers
You learn alongside other women. At least three instructors watch every live fire session. Nobody rushes you and nobody hands you more gun than you are ready for.
Then you keep training
Alumni join monthly range days and weekly practice nights. Self defense is a practice, not a purchase. The community is what keeps the skill alive.
