BLS + CPR (Woman-Led Class)

Learn the skills that keep someone alive until help arrives. This hands on, woman-led BLS + CPR class is taught by Alexis, a USAF veteran and BSN registered nurse, in a small group so every student gets real practice time with the instructor.

What you'll learn:

• Adult, child and infant CPR techniques
• Using an AED
• Relief of choking
• Recognizing an emergency and giving the first minutes of care

Whether you carry a firearm, train others, or just want to protect the people around you, this is a core skill. Being armed means being ready to save a life as well as defend one.
